For the adaptive re-use of an existing theater to a multi-use building Apex Engineering was responsible for the inspection, evaluation, structural design and construction control. It was Apex Engineering’s extensive knowledge of  existing buildings played a fundamental role in minimizing the cost of the modifications required to bring the existing pre-engineered building into conformance with the current code.
